At XtremeLoadout, we take pride in crafting high-quality custom and modded gaming controllers and accessories. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase. -

1.No Returns on Custom and Modded Products                                                             All sales on custom and modded gaming controllers and accessories are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on customized products unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

2. Order Cancellations                                                                                                Orders can be canceled only before production or shipping begins. Once customization starts or the order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

3. Damaged or Defective Items                                                                                           If your item arrives damaged or defective, follow these steps: 1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your support email]. 2. Provide a detailed description of the issue along with clear photos or videos as proof. 3. We will assess the claim and determine if a replacement or repair is necessary. If approved, we may offer: A replacement of the same item (if available). A repair service at no additional cost. A partial refund based on the extent of the issue.

4. Refund Eligibility                                                                                                    Refunds are only offered in the following cases: The item is proven to be defective due to manufacturing issues. The wrong item was sent due to an error on our end. Refunds are NOT issued for: Buyer’s remorse or change of mind. Incorrect orders placed by the customer. Damage caused by improper use, unauthorized modifications, or mishandling.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns                                                                                            If a return is authorized, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our mistake. Shipping fees are non-refundable.                                                                                                        
6. Processing Time for Refunds                                                                                         If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
