 While we utilize products from ExtremeRate and PlayVital, Xtreme Loadout is an independent brand and is not directly affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ExtremeRate, PlayVital, Sony, Microsoft, or any other gaming console manufacturers. All trademarks, logos, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

 Customization & Modifications

 Our controllers and accessories are handcrafted and customized using third-party components to enhance performance, aesthetics, and ergonomics. Any modifications made by Xtreme Loadout are independent enhancements and do not reflect the original manufacturers' designs or warranties.

 Warranties & Liability Manufacturer Warranties – Any components sourced from ExtremeRate or PlayVital are subject to their respective manufacturer warranties. Xtreme Loadout does not provide direct warranties for third-party parts.
