At XtremeLoadout, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom and modded gaming controllers and accessories worldwide. Please review our shipping policy to understand the details of our delivery process.                                                                                 
1. Processing Time.                                                                                                                  Orders are processed once payment is received in full. Custom and modded controllers require a handling and customization period of 4 hours before shipping. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and product complexity.                                                                                                                              
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times.                                                                                Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Estimated delivery is 2-5 business weeks after processing. International Shipping: Estimated delivery is 3-8 business weeks, depending on location and customs processing. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.                                                                                                                                
3. Shipping Costs.                                                                                                                   Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees for international orders.                                                                                          
4. Tracking Information.                                                                                                        A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to reflect on the carrier’s website.                            
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments.                                                                             XtremeLoadout is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are handed over to the shipping carrier. If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly. If further assistance is needed, reach out to us at Xtremeloadout@gmail.com            
6. Address Accuracy.                                                                                                         Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided, XtremeLoadout is not liable for undelivered orders.                            
7. Order Issues & Damages.                                                                                               If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and proof of the issue. We will assess the claim and determine if a replacement or partial refund is applicable.
